elcom’s ethics

elcom adopts a long-term perspective and commits to respecting and striving to defend a code of ethics in its affairs and fairness in its dealings with stakeholders.

Our approach is to always favour the long-term over the short-term.

Passing trends such as extremely rapid return on investment and management by stress, which sometimes have painful consequences and fail to foster the long-term development of companies are of no interest to us.

Each year, elcom and its partners provide financial support to a charitable organisation whose goal it is to overcome the social exclusion of children living in difficult circumstances. Consequently, this year elcom is delighted to be helping the charitable organisation “Apprentis d’Auteuil” (Auteuil Apprentices) where donations enable the integration of young people into society.
The project will focus on providing support for the opening of a training restaurant in Lyon Confluence in which they can be involved, in order to assist them in leading a fully independent life.
